Are the Add-ons Compatible with NinjaTrader® 7?
No, all the public available add-ons are for NinjaTrader® 8. But we develop custom Add-ons for NinjaTrader® 7

Where can I get support?
We provide a support section where you can explore all possibilities during the trial period – Support Documentation. If you want to clear any doubts you can also send an email.

Are you a NinjaTrader Consultant?
Yes, we are and have been part of the NinjaTrader® Ecosystem since May 2018. We are also featured in NinjaTrader’s webinars – OrderFlow Fundamentals with the SuperDOM Series and A Toolset Approach to Trading with OrderFlow.

I'm using NinjaTrader® with a Free Edition, can I use the add-ons?
Yes. All add-ons will work in Free, Lease, or Lifetime editions of NinjaTrader®  with one exception: SuperDOM Series will not work with the Free Edition of NinjaTrader while using the real trading account. This is defined by NinjaTrader® and the features available in the Free Edition. SuperDOM custom columns are available with the Trader + package and above which is accessible with Lease and Lifetime Editions. You can still use the SuperDOM Series while using a SIM account.

What are the minimum system requirements?
Our Add-ons have almost the same minimum system requirements as the NinjaTrader Trading Platform:
​• 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit or 64-bit processor
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 (preinstalled on most PC’s and can be downloaded here: Microsoft .NET Framework)
• Screen resolution of 1024 x 768
• DirectX10 compatible graphics card highly recommended

And we also recommend:
• 2 (GHz) or faster quad-core 64-bit processor
• 8 GB RAM
• DirectX 10 compatible graphics card
• SSD Hard Drive


Do you offer free trials?
Yes, we do. Please visit the trials page where you can get a 10 day completly free trial for our NinjaTrader® Add-ons.


Payment and Licensing

Are there any additional fees?
No, we don’t have any additional fees. Nevertheless, if you are a resident of the EU we will need to apply the VAT from your country accordingly to the VAT MOSS Scheme (European Law for Digital assets). If you are a European registered business you will be exempt from tax.  Read more here.

What is your refund policy?
All our sales are final and we won’t endorse any refund claims. We already provide free trials, and free support during the trial period.

I purchased the license but Licensing is failing.
This happens when your License Code changes. The License Code might change for various reasons but the most common are BIOS updates and hardware changes. Please visit your account and in the Licenses Codes section submit your new license code that can be found in your Documents folder - Documents/Trading OrderFlow/[Add-on Name]/License Code.txt .

Is one license valid for more than one PC at the same time?
No. Each license is for one machine only. But we do offer a 50% discount when purchasing the second license. See the Extra Licenses toggle on the product page of the add-on.


What data provider do I need?
The choice for data providers is yours. Take a look at our recommendation here. But you can use NinjaTrader’s data feed of CQG, IQ Feed, eSignal.

Do I need to Tick Data or Level 2 data?
Yes, Tick Data is essential to all of our add-ons. Level 2 Data is only required for some of our NinjaTrader add-ons (SuperDOM Series: Depth column, APQ Option on Orders column; Limit Order Visualizer: DOM visualization, Limit Orders visualization). Please take a trial and see if your Data Feed provider has level 2 data and Tick Data. For a complete list of Data providers and the type of data supplied read more here.

Are the add-ons specific to a Market or Instrument?
No, our add-ons for NinjaTrader will work on any futures contract and stock markets, as long as we have tick data being received and/or Level 2 data. Note that currently by inherited constrains of the SuperDOM stocks will not work for the SuperDOM Series.
